Welcome to the A-frame! Here, you'll discover everything you need to know about the Cabin, our Property and Local Favourites.
Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please take a moment to explore the information provided. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

Sustainability & Utilities: This A-Frame is fully off-grid and runs on solar power. To ensure a comfortable and uninterrupted stay, please use electricity thoughtfully.
Please also be mindful of water usage, particularly during the drier months.
Kallarroo Property Map
You’re welcome to explore the property freely and wander wherever you like. Please be mindful around the animals.
Horses are usually friendly, but it’s best not to bring food with you - they may crowd or compete for it.
Keep a safe distance from the Highlander cows, especially when they have calves, as they can be protective.
Go down to the river at sunset to spot platypus - they’re usually most active around this time.
Local Guide
Experience the charm of Kallarroo Farmstay, your gateway to local delights. Enjoy fresh pies at Nimmitabel Bakery, burgers at Berties Cafe, and the best coffee at Cooma The Lott. For a memorable dinner, try Pha's Tai. Don't miss the Cooma Visitor Centre for Snowy Mountains info and unique souvenirs.
Before you leave, please make sure:

The A-frame is left unlocked

Any dishes are washed

All electrical items and the gas cooktop are switched off

The BBQ is cleaned after use

Rubbish is recycled where possible - there is double grey bin outside: one for general waste and one for recycling​
